The solution WZ Call Center is an easy and convenient means of organizing office telephone communication with the possibility to scale it to acall-centre level.
The solution is based on the communication platform «Asterisk» with a unique combination of various functions.

Having installed WZ Call Ñenter in your office you obtain the possibility:

  • To receive and distribute the incoming calls;
  • To make outbound calls;
  • To install interactive voice response (IVR);
  • To receive voice mails;
  • To receive and send faxes;
  • To organize conference calls;
  • To make predictive dialing;
  • To independently comprise reports and statistics on the calls;
  • To control entirely the parameters of incoming and outbound calls.

Both SOFT and SIP phones can be used as internal subscribers. The solution can be integrated with the existing infrastructure.
